I was reading in the State News yesterday that this is the beginning of the 50th year of MSU's participation in Big Ten Football. It is also the fiftieth anniversary of the education college. Lots of good 50's tie-ins.

Update: 7-7, first quarter.

Update the second: 7-13, end of half.
